The new owners will need to submit Listed Building Consent and Change of Use Planning Applications. Part of this process is to consult with the wider neighbourhood to obtain feedback. The owners are aware of the local feelings towards the pub and wish to reassure all that their intentions will lead to the longterm, inclusive, and sustainable future of the building and its gardens. 

Your feedback and support is important to the success of this project. Once received, we will collate your views into a Community Consultation Statement when submitting the Listed Building Consent and Change of Use Planning applications.
